“The university is not a military camp“
There was the topic of the conference held by 6 university professors at the IBIS hotel of Chiang Mai in October 31st, 2015, and which resulted in a warrant by the Chiang Mai Provincial Court due to the ban on political gatherings of more than five persons.
The 6 professors have only been given a warrant at this time, however, the Chiang Mai police is still investigating whether they had repeated the offense by posting similar political content onto websites; in which case, they will then be prosecuted further.
