Administrative Officer /Teaching Assistant - ABC Pathways International Kindergarten (Dec. 2014)

Responsibilities:

• To provide high quality customer services at the reception including guest greeting, enquiry and complaint handling, appointment scheduling, etc.
• To enroll students and take payments according to the School’s procedures.
• Maintaining filing, indexing or record systems.
• Undertaking other routine administrative duties.

Requirement:

• Thai nationality; Native Thai speaker
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good office management skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in team and multi-cultural environment
• Oral and written communication skills in English are a plus
