Grade: SP5 – £18,288 pro-rated
40 weeks per annum, 36 hours a week
Reports to Office Manager
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
T o assist in the production and maintenance of all aspects of student data
To assist in the production of Student Assessment data .
To undertake general, clerical, administrative and other duties with particular emphasis
on reception/switchboard duties/admissions/attendance management
To support teachers and students providing flexibility to enable the school to function
efficiently and in line with its mission and ethos
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High level of computer literacy with an extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications
including word and excel (SIMS and PARS would be a benefit)
An outstanding attention to detail with excellent communication and organisational
skills
Ability to work to professional standards, to develop effective working relationships
and think independently.
An enthusiastic positive and self-motivated manner with a flexible approach to duties
and have the ability to deal efficiently with interruptions and, at times, unpredictable
and variable workloads
