Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, Excel and Photoshop
- Some years of experiences are advantageous
- Good in English both in writing and speaking
Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to Program Specialist; provide academic and admission support to Program Specialist with the following responsibilities:
1. Admissions
- Giving details of MBA and PhD Program to expect candidates and following up the progress
- Recording application data received, outgoing and incoming files
- Creating a database of new applications.
- Providing the student’s picture board
- Preparing the guideline for new students
- Filing student documents
- Following up with the incoming and outgoing applications
- Coordinating with AIT admission
2. Student Affairs
- Classroom booking
- Assist in handling registration and course materials
- Provide necessary documents as requested by faculty
- Provide supporting documents for faculty productivity
- Provide reports as requested from the Dean’s Office
- Assist in analyzing grade distribution
- Follow-up with students in all matters that need to be processed
- Assist in handling Student Exchange Program activities
3. Perform other activities as assigned by Supervisor and Faculty
