Education Counsellor (Customer Service at ZEN) Urgent Required !
You will be part of counsellor team. You will handle customer and student enquiries (phone, walk-ins, on-line) for in-house English courses, responsible for procedures in placement test, class enrolment and class opening.

Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • • Experience in educational business is an advantage
  • • Hard working and patient
  • • Computer literate
  • • Able to work on shift basis (5 days a week)
  • • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • • Good team player, ability to take the initiative & service-oriented
  • • Good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
