We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who has a genuine passion
for working with young people. The successful candidate will need to have high expectations of
young people and genuinely believe in their potential to achieve great things.
This position would ideally suit a graduate who is looking to gain experience before entering the
teaching profession. As the lead school within the Teach South East partnership and a Teaching
school, Salesian is committed to providing excellent training for those wishing to enter the
profession and is the perfect place to kick start our career.
The Learning Supervisor post mainly includes covering for teaching staff who are absent.
Learning Supervisors would deliver lessons prepared by the class teacher. Other responsibilities
might include working one to one with particular pupils and small intervention groups.
We would be looking to make these appointments for September 2015. The starting salary
would be £16,856 and reviewed on an annual basis.
