Receptionist and Student Support Officer - Webster University Thailand (Dec. 2014)

Responsibilities & Duties :-

  • Serve as the Cha-am Campus Receptionist and Student Support Officer.
  • Welcome guests and usher them to appropriate departments/meeting rooms.
  • Provide professional telephone support, redirect calls and take messages.
  • Handle and deliver incoming fax. Also assist with outgoing fax.
  • Sort and deliver incoming mails and packages. Also, provide support for outgoing mails and packages.
  • Process and deliver internal documents between Cha-am Campus and BKK Center.
  • Update and maintain staff and faculty’s extension and contact list.
  • Process Student Support Request Forms and deliver to appropriate departments.
  • Organize and maintain filing of related documents.
  • Provide useful and accurate information to students.
  • Other responsiibilies as assigned.
  • Working schedule is Mondays to Fridays during 08:30 to 17:30 with some evening and weekends as necessary to be accommodated by compensation days.

Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • 2-years experience in a related field, preferably in a service industry.
  • Bilingual in Thai and English. Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email and social media.
  • Knowledge of telephone system and general office machines.
  • Customer service orientation
  • Respect and appreciate for diversity.
