Residential staff
Requirements:
o Thai male aged above 25 years old
o Bachelors degree in Education or equivalent is required
o Demonstrated experience mentoring and working with young people
o Knowledge of adolescent behavior and counseling and guidance techniques
o Good command in English
o Initiative and hard working
o Conduct in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Education Profession
o Pass criminal background check and fingerprint check
Duties:
o Develop positive and respectful relationships with the students living in the dormitory
o Provide a safe and secure living environment in the dormitory for student residents
o Administer dormitory and its program in all facets
o Coordinate evening tutorials and recreational activities for program participants
o Supervise students, providing assistance, guidance, supervision, and making
evaluations as necessary
o Interpret and implement School policies and administrative regulations, working
through the Head of School
o Assume responsibility for attendance, conduct, dress, and health of students
o Confer with parents and/or guardians of students in their charge
o Cooperate and coordinate with school staff, when necessary, in the promotion of
effective educational programs of school as they pertain to dormitory
o Handle repair and damage requests, working with custodial and maintenance staff in
maintenance of dormitory and equipment
o Schedule daily duties, assist, and instruct resident students in methods and
procedures of tasks assigned in dormitory
o Residential staff must be at dorm or with students whenever students are travelling by
School bus
o Flexible time of working and effective team player
o Promote English using in the sc
