About: M.I.S. offers pre-school & kindergarten education for children aged between 2 and 5 years old. Our three class levels are: Pre-school A, Pre-school B and Kindergarten. We teach the Montessori approach to education in parallel with the Early Year Foundation Stage of the British curriculum. Both phases promote the key areas of care, learning and development widely recognized in the UK.
[Please note that in the UK, pre-school is known as the Early Year Foundation Stage (EYFS), which covers education for children before they reach five. In addition, when we talk about ‘kindergarten’ here in Thailand, it is equivalent to the ‘Reception Year’ in the UK, which is for children aged between 4 and 5.]
M.I.S.Primary School: Our primary school caters for children aged between 5 and 11 years old. It offers a broad and balanced curriculum based wholly on the British National Curriculum. We offer high academic standards and a wide range of enrichment curriculum activities. All our pupils are treated as individuals, and their unique talents are nurtured and developed.
