HISTORY

PACE was conceptualized April 9, 2012 with the vision of building an institution for culinary training and culinary entrepreneurship in the east area of Metro Manila. A team of individuals had a vision of establishing a school that will train individuals who are passionate about cooking and serving people. Chef Lowell Cauilan, a seasoned chef and Chef Catherine Ong, a chef entrepreneur, Ms. Fiona Flores a caterer, marketing professional and self-made entrepreneur, Mark Catarroja, a seasoned educator and Chef Menoy Gimenez a Culinary Education pioneer teamed up to establish PACE.

Through the years, PACE has shown its commitment to the development of the Filipino Chef and Entrepreneur as well as the growth of the Culinary Profession and Industry by offering relevant and innovative training programs that enables its graduates to explore the different opportunities in the food industry. The infusion of Entrepreneurship in its programs provided graduates with more options after graduation.

PACE continue to grow as it expand to another branch in Parañaque, catering to aspiring chefpreneurs in the South.
