2014-2015 school year is the second year the University of Hoa Lu implement Resolution No. 29-NQ / TU dated 04-11-2013 of the 8th plenum of the Party Central Committee XI on “Innovation basic and comprehensive education and training to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization in conditions of market economy and socialist-oriented international integration “.
Schools have done a good job of building and deploying training plan year to all subordinate units at the beginning of the school year. Business college entrance, regular college, work-study system and links follow the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. Academic year 2014 – 2015, the scale training class 72, with 3,061 students. In particular, formal training is 53 classes with 2,210 students. Non-formal training (learning by doing) and associated training of 19 classes with 851 students. To coordinate with the Department of Education and Training organized training courses on business management education for 56 staff managers and project management resources primary schools in the province. Implementing the policy of the Party Executive Committee (term 2010-2015), 2015-2016 school year is the first year the University of Hoa Lu organize training credit system instead of training methods previous yearly. This type of management training has many advantages Vietnamese, providing high efficiency, is the most advanced countries as well as many universities in the country to apply. In the context of university enrollment, college in 2015 with a lot of difficulties and requirements of higher education innovation to confirm the position and integration has been posed many challenges for the school.
