Butter & Olive, the very name of it conjures up images of wholesome goodness from the farms and field, natural ingredients and our unique way of teaching that are essential to the making of breads and pastries.
Our chefs or instructor have spent lengthy years mastering the fine art of baking in Taiwan and Japan, and their home coming heralded the much anticipated birth of BUTTER & OLIVE, a contemporary bakery lounge and professional baking college.

Our aim and biggest mission is to train and produce a new generation of chefs that are adapt at the latest knowledge, trends and skills in pastry and baking.
Our syllabus is meticulously crafted and continuously updated in the hope of imbuing our students with self confidence that is fuelled with deep passion and enthusiasm upon graduating from our college. Students are being taught life skills not merely academic skills.
What set us apart from other local baking academies/center is that students enrolled in our college would have the opportunity to complete a short course at a renowned university in Taiwan, where they would be able to hone their skills and practical knowledge beside learning to create new recipe to satisfy the increasingly sophisticated demands of a fast-changing bakery industry that value creativity and innovation.
