Our Clients
Every year, some 500 students, 300 executives, attend MIC Academic and MIB Learning Environment Programmes as well as company-specific MIB Partnerships Programmes. Students and participants come from virtually every sector of service and manufacturing industries. Cultural backgrounds range from school leavers to young managers from world-class corporations. Our Faculty
MIB has over 18 Faculty members, who are recognised authorities in their respective culinary fields. They divide their time between teaching, research and working with major companies and thus remain firmly on top of the latest developments in culinary practice.
