Responsibilities:
- To provide high quality customer services at the reception including guest greeting, enquiry and complaint handling, appointment scheduling, etc.
- To enroll students and take payments according to the School’s procedures.
- Maintaining filing, indexing or record systems.
- Undertaking other routine administrative duties.
Requirement:
- Thai nationality; Native Thai speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Good office management skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in team and multi-cultural environment
- Oral and written communication skills in English are a plus
