Job Purposes
As Country Program Manager, you will be based in Thailand responsible for the sales and marketing of an EF program. Primarily, the role is to lead and work with your sales team, focusing on direct sales strategy and implementation to achieve sales goal.
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for achieving the sales milestones and annual sales target within the agreed expense budget
- Planning and implementing sales & marketing activities to increase sales
- Improving sales process to enhance the team’s efficiency in growing sales
- Providing support in after-sales process and customer service
- Coordinating with program production team in destination countries
- Establishing public relationship and network within the industry i.e. liaison with schools, educational institutes, ministry of education and international embassies in Thailand
Traveling requirement:
- Traveling within Thailand and some traveling to Asian and US/European should be expected.
Qualification and Competency
Nationality and Age
- Thai nationality, 27-33 years old
Education and Experience
- At least Bachelor’s degree, Master Degree is a preferable
- At least 5 years overall working experiences
- 2-3 years experiences in a direct sales environment
- Overseas experience in educational background and/or business /leisure travels
Skills and Competency
- Strong business acumen, especially in sales and marketing practices
- Creative and results oriented
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, aggressive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong presentation skills
Language Skills
– Native Thai speaker
– Fluent in written and spoken English are essential
Computer Literacy
- Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
