Job Description:
Approach potential customers via phone calls for persuading them to visit and purchase courses at the institute
Welcoming incoming calls and walk-in customers also clarify the product information received from the customer as well as the other related topics like promotion, sales activities
Coordinate with territory sales in order to maintain food relationship with the customers
Handle customers satisfaction survey
Manage monthly cal reports and sales reports
Handle other assignments from management
Assist tutors and students in scheduling lessons
Telephone calls to follow up students progress
Develop the company structure, coordinating with the Director
Have the skills to handle objections and close sales in order to fulfill and complete monthly target
