Qualifications:
– Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
– Male/Female
– Well-communicated in English
– Strong service orientation
– At least 2-3 year working experience
– Strong interpersonal skills and communicational skills
– Able to work 6 days/week (on occasion)
Key Responsibilities
– Planning, scheduling, directing, or performing custodial and a wide variety of general and preventive building maintenance and repair duties to ensure the complete and secure operation of campus/site
– Coordinating a specialized team and ensure that maintenance work is completed in a timely manner
– Coordinating and inspecting the electrical, fire alarm system, sound system, A/C system, lift, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in school.
– Processing requests for maintenance raised by members of staff
– Assigning the work of maintenance employee and inspects work for completeness
– Ensuring site security of system and management
– Providing positive and friendly Interactions with teachers and staff all times
– Coordinating all administrative functions for the facility department
– Keeping detailed and comprehensive files and records relating to the department
