This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive management team in leading the Primary School to its next level of development. The outgoing head has done a great job and the Primary school is well positioned for the future. Class sizes are generally small and resources are good, leading to high achieving children. There will be plenty of scope for the new Head of Primary to make their mark on the school and they will be given the opportunity and resources to continue the excellent progress the school has made. The successful candidate will be a strong leader and manager of a hard-working and dedicated team. A thorough understanding of UK education is expected as is a creative approach to problem solving. We are a small school so the post holder will need to teach a class for a proportion of the 30 period week and will therefore need energy, commitment and be ambitious for our students to have a stimulating, challenging and happy school experience every day.
