Harrow International School Bangkok was founded in 1998 as the first Harrow International School in Asia and is now
mature and thriving, with 1,470 students on our green 35 acre site in North Bangkok, Thailand.

Responsibility
The objectives of the Personnel Assistant are to provide administrative support to the Personnel Manager and ensure
that all HR documentation is stored and filed correctly, and staff data is up-dated. The duties include the following :
Liaise with medical insurance provider on claims, new staff and cancellation of policies.
Process documentation for all employees for requests of letters for employment confirmation and visa
requests for foreign countries.
Processing requisitions for all part time and temporary staff salary payments.
Prepare registers of attendance of administration staff from the computerize system
Record all employees leave.
Updating teacher data in the HR Management Information System
Processing recruitment adverts
Arranging relocation and flights for academic staff
Qualifications
• Thai Nationality
• Several years relevant experience, preferably in an international school
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A responsible attitude
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
• Ability to work under pressure and to work without close supervision
• Willingness to learn
