The Southeast Asia Urban Environmental Management Applications Project (SEA-UEMA), 2003 2008, is a partnership program between the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and AIT.
The goal of the project is to contribute to the improvement of urban environmental conditions in Southeast Asia through improved implementation of urban environmental management policies and innovative local solutions of the urban environmental problems in the three key UEM sub-sectors of: i) water and sanitation ii) solid waste and iii) air pollution and thereby improve the local environmental conditions with particular attention to the poor and women.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A diploma, with some experience in secretarial work
- Good computer skills
- Experience in handling office equipment and maintenance of the same
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Friendly and flexible personality
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist with general project activities
- To assist with general secretarial duties related to the project
- Assist with maintaining office equipment, mailing and routing of office documents
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
