Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To manage successful long term overseas course recruitment program through self and team management to deliver programs whereby CETA is known as a market leader through :
CETA achieving annual target number recruitment of students as a specialist in the secondary school sector for long term overseas courses including management of sales enquiries, managing parent consultations, regional partner programs, selected schools programs and co-operation with CETA management teams - CETA achieving very high customer satisfaction levels that leads on to referral business for future recruitment; and
Jointly manage the Schools Education Fair for CETA with Marketing and other team members
Provide professional input through written articles into CETA publications, web site and other media - CETA maintaining and developing stakeholder/ service supplier satisfaction and sourcing new suppliers where necessary to enable CETA to deliver quality recruitment programs with ease of administration
- To train, supervise and monitor all aspects of the quality of work performance of the Long term study overseas course team to meet CETA goals and meet customer demands and expectations
- To provide marketing and strategic advice concerning the long term overseas course study delivery of services and team operations to the CETA – Executive Management team using a continuous improvement thinking approach to work.
Qualifications
- Female
- Bachelor’s Degree in any area (degree in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Business or Marketing would be an advantage)
- High level communication skill (internal & external) in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
- At least 3 years work experiences in position or similar
- Strong leadership and management skills with an ability to hire, train and motivate team members
- Overseas study experience would be an advantage
