A Bachelor?s or Master?s degree pref. in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or related field;
Experience in working with students in advising and training student organizations or student affairs is strongly preferred;
Working knowledge of student development theory, leadership development, program management, and planning and budgeting.
