REQUIRED
- Current SAT Babies & Toddler Learn to Swim Qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 year Experience teaching Babies & Toddlers.
- Bachelor Degree
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic
- Must be in good health – non smoker is a must.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Native English speaker.
DESIRABLE
- Additional Learn to Swim Qualifications (SAT Teacher, SAT Competitive Strokes, SAT Adults & Adolescents)
- Lifesaving or Lifeguarding Qualification
- Current First Aid Qualification
- Swimming Coaching Qualifications
- Background in the Swimming Industry as Competitor/Coach/Swimming Instructor
- Background in Early Years Education
- Some knowledge of the Thai Language
- Some experience/knowledge of living and working abroad.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- In water teaching for up to 20hrs/week, spread across 5 days per week.
- Conduct assessments of new students and re-enrolling students for reporting purposes.
- Parent and client liaison.
- Assist in maintaining a healthy and safe workplace and facility.
- Attend an contribute to regular staff meetings and internal training.
- Mentor Junior Instructors of lesser experience.
- Commit to a programme of ongoing professional development and performance management.
PACKAGE DETAILS (Negotiable for the right candidate)
- Starting salary from 50K THB
- Accommodation allowance of 10K THB / Month
- Health Insurance: Provided (after Probation 4 months)
- Work Permit: Provided (after Probation 4 months)
- Minimum Contract Period: 2 Years.
- Training: We provide a programme of ongoing training.
- Locations: Ratchaphruek, Bangkok and Phuket. Both branches are located in thriving residential areas with a higher than average socio-economic status.
