Telesales / Telemarketing for ATDI (Sept 2015)

Inviting prospect and customers to the Institute via phone

Approach potential prospects including personal customer, and enterprise for our services and online activities by telephone and email

Manage own activities by achieving the target set by Business Manager

Maintain, and calling existing clients & expplore new clients in Bangkok area

Build and manage relationship with key customers

Coordinate with Territory sales to maintain the good relationship with the customers

Update the promotion, sales activities and course programs to the customer on the phone

Handle other assignments from Sales and Marketing department
