IDEAL English Academy is a private language school that designs, develops and provides high-quality educational programs for learning English for all age groups, but primarily to private schools in the greater Bangkok metropolitan area. We provide our client schools with curricula and teachers for their various English-based programs.
IDEAL is Thai-owned but Western-managed, and all key management positions are held by native English-speaking Westerners. We utilize a Western organizational and administrative model involving open communication and transparent management in order to simulate a working environment familiar to our Western teaching staff.
Programs
All our programs at all our client schools have a Western academic manager on site who is responsible for the daily running of the program. The manager acts as a liaison between our teachers and the schools, facilitating all academic-related communications as well as providing daily support for the teachers.
All our programs are fully developed and resourced. We create our own curricula, all of which either meet or exceed the base requirements set by the Thai Ministry of Education. Our programs utilize Western textbooks from well-known publishers like Oxford, Cambridge, Longman, Houghton-Mifflin, Harcourt and others. Our ESL programs also utilize several teaching materials, such as cassettes, CDs, flashcards, wall charts, etc. We have a full-time artist on staff who generates multitudes of high-quality supplemental materials for all our programs. Teachers need only bring their talent and creativity into the classroom; all else is taken care of by the company.
In every regard, IDEAL provides both its client schools and its teaching staff a turnkey solution to English-based education. Because we assume 100% accountability for our programs and are dedicated to quality and ongoing growth and development, we are able to operate with virtual autonomy within the schools.
