Pai Circus School is Thailand’s only full time circus school dedicated to teaching backpackers how to learn a mixture of circus tricks while having a great time and meeting new friends.
This is 100% FREE of charge and the lessons run at least five days per week in the afternoon from 4-6pm
Most of the lessons are focused on learning fire juggling skills such as Poi and Staff but also many other circus skills can be learnt.
We also have a slack line up 24 hours a day to practice.
If you have never tried anything circus then no problem you have come to the right place to get started.
On the first weekend of December each year we the circus school holds the Thai juggling convention which is three days of circus lessons, shows and live music.

Long Description
Pai circus school and resort really is the talk of the town, opened in December 2012 and fast become one of the most popular place to hang out and meet new people while enjoying great facilities and an amazing view.
Close to the heart of Pai, Tropical Resort offers guests a warm Thai welcome, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy yourself.
Our large reception area has a cozy lounge and restaurant with an amazing view, and here you can find free tourist information, rent motorbikes, attraction bookings, free WIFI, TV, DVD player and games. The on-site restaurant offers traditional Thai and Western food, as well as fresh fruit and yogurt shakes all at low prices.
In the centre of the resort you can take a take a dip in the pool and at the same time take in the wonderful views of the surrounding area. Towards the side of the resort you can relax in our view point hall, great for reclining in a hammock or enjoying dinner with a beautiful view.
There is a very large grass area for many games to be played.
The circus school is open from 3pm everyday and a great way to learn some fire dancing or juggling skills.
Pai circus school and resort offers two types of accommodation bungalow with shared bathroom and dorm rooms. The rooms are fitted with queen size beds. Almost every bungalow features amazing views of the beautiful surroundings and, because of this, many customers choose to eat breakfast in bed.
Having so much going on at the resort means it’s a great place to meet new friends and have fun.
- A free pick up service is offered so when you arrive if you ask in AYA bus station they will call us and let us come help you with those heavy bags. 2. Our bungalows are built at the end of the resort so unlike many of the guesthouses where you can’t sleep because of noise from other guests you will have no problem. 3.Check in time is after 2pm but if we have the room available then can check in anytime before. Check out time is 11am but again if we have many rooms available we don’t mind people check out in the evening. 4. We have 24 hour security staff onsite. 5. We have many people book but then not arrive so if you will arrive more than two hours after the time you tell us you will check in please let us know first or your room may be sold.

Directions:
Directions to the Resort from Pai Bus Station (center of Pai town)
Important! When arriving ask in AYA bus station for them to call us to come and collect you free of charge.
Walking:
When leaving either bus station walk left along walking street until you get to Wat pakam temple on your left.
Turn down the small street just before the temple until you get to the river.
You will see the small bridge in front of you (no motor bikes aloud).
After walking over the bridge walk forward 500 meters following the signs until you reach us.
During rainy season sometimes this bridge is closed because of high levels of water in the river.
Driving:
Ask anyone where Bamboo Bar or Don’t Cry Bar is and you will be pointed the right way.
After you see the bars on your left take the first left and follow the road about 800 meters until you see the sign on the left for the resort.
