Vision

The National College of Business and Arts as an educational institution is committed to train and produce God-loving, law abiding citizens and competent professionals who will serve as effective leaders or agents for political, social and economic development of the Republic of the Philippines.

Mission

The National College of Business and Arts through its educational programs and institutional activities intends to:

1. Show competence and excellence in teaching through updated programs and offerings to maintain quality education       and,

2. Produce highly-skilled and professionally-trained graduates of business to contribute to the progress and development of     the nation.
