The Methodist School of Cambodia in Phnom Penh- MSC saw 100 % of its primary 6 students pass the National Examination, which was held from 26-29 June 2007.
This is a marked improvement compared with a 92 % pass rate secured in 2006.
Two MSC students, Monita and Tida, emerged as top students among all the students in both private and public schools in Phnom Penh. They scored 52 and 51 marks out of a total aggregate of 60 marks respectively.
The lowest score was 42 marks and the National average was 32 marks. This put MSC as the best performing school in Phnom Penh.
Mr. Stephen Yeo, the Principal, said, “I would like to thank God for His blessings and all the teachers for the effort they had invested in coaching the children.” (Jennifer Yeo)
