A reputable migration, education and visa consultancy firm headquartered in Australia is looking for the right candidate to join its Bangkok Office for the following position:
Education Counsellor (UK)
Responsibilities:
• Follow up online enquires, participate in education’s events in soliciting potential clients leading to conversion. Advising potential clients on their study options in the UK and other countries as trained and instructed. Share your experience of studying in the UK with clients and other counselors. Helping each other as a team.
• Maintain clients’ files & keep regular contact with your clients, follow up their well being
• Provide client services and follows up the best you can in making sure the clients are OK during their stay in foreign countries, report to their parents on occasion
• Help clients from consultation through to application and acceptance processes and assist them on their visa applications
• Involve in company’s marketing activities, share new marketing ideas especially in relation to UK education (the sector you’re responsible for), join exhibition, and other duties as instructed
• Provide Visa support to the team
Qualifications:
• Thai nationality Only, fluent in both Thai and English language
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
• Having experience as a ‘study abroad consultant’ for high schools, foundation courses or universities in the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or Singapore will be an advantage
• Graduates of the UK, USA or Canada will be given preference
• Service-minded, good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High responsibility, positive attitude, good problem solving skills and hard working
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Available to work on alternate Saturdays
