COMPANY PROFILE

Clicks Culinary Learning Institute Inc. was incorporated in 2007 and accredited by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in February 2009.

The school offers basic and advance culinary training in Commercial Cooking NCII

and Commercial Cooking NCIII and assists its trainees, especially those who completed the programs and those who participated in the schools on-the-job training program,

In looking for possible employment overseas or locally, giving particular importance

or focus on unemployed and underemployed adults age 18 and over who are interested in starting a new career in the food service industry.

Each of the school’s basic and advance programs consists of a 15-week session or a total of 30 weeks sessions. Most of our students in the basic culinary program have no basic cooking skills and after the training, we have satisfied students who have acquired on of basic life skills. Those who are in the advance program are those who either finished the basic course or they are already experienced cooks or chefs but interested in improving further their culinary skills.  Economically challenged individuals who receive culinary and life skills training at school equip them not only for possible employment in food and culinary industry that always have a very high demand of skilled and reliable chefs, sous chefs, cooks and assistant cooks.

The school utilizes the skills of professional chefs and other experienced and well schooled consulting/volunteer chefs who train students the necessary culinary skills

to help them succeed in this field.

Professional techniques, food safety, nutrition, work habits and professionalism are consistently emphasized over the 15 week sessions, with internships in different food establishments, making our trainees always in demand for job placements overseas

and nationwide.

That said, trainees from our school are reliable and best trained most likely qualified

for any position in the demanding culinary and food industry.

The school also gives their trainees extra training hours at the school’s canteen and bakeshop.

Foods prepared and cooked by the students during their training sessions are distributed and shared among the students who are allowed to take them out.

Our school works closely with each student to ensure his/ her success.

To date 100% of our students have passed the assessment for Cookery NCII TESDA Certification
