Summary of the post:
The Business Development Officer is responsible to the Executive Director of AIT Solutions in providing executive level support with the timely management of all communications, both written and via telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relation:
Welcomes visitors by greeting and directs them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Maintains telecommunication system by noting and following up calls
Maintain AITS visitors, clients, partners, contacts logbook system
Manage complex calendars, and arrange meetings and travels of the ED.
Coordinate appointments, business meetings and speaking engagements of the ED .
Plan and coordinate appointments, business meetings and coordinate visits of AIT Solutions? valued international clients
Shall act as liaison with all levels of administration of AIT Solution.
Event Organizing Support:
Coordinate events, seminars and conferences for AIT Solution, ACECOMS, and HABITECH
Serve as Liaison with partners and event team on event related matters
Shall perform other related duties incidental to Event Organizing
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Graduate or any related field
Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by telephone with high professionalism
Good communication skills with the ability to present results clearly and concisely in English and Thai both written and in spoken form.
