Scope of Work:

Facilities Officer should be familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Information System (CMMIS) and Facilities Management

• Work on Facilities and Infrastructure Management System (FIMS) and should continuously improve the FIMS as per requirement
• Work with the Call Center staff and monitor the generated Work Order received on FIMS in a systematic way and follow up the delayed Word Orders.
• Generate work completion and customer survey reports from the FIMS
• Should be ready to replace Call Center staff duty whenever assigned by the Supervisor
• Should affirm that the issued Work Order is correctly forwarded to the respective Service Provider or Department and follow up the status
• Coordinate with the requester and also the representative of the Service Provider to make sure that the request are executed efficiently.
• Closely monitor the efficiency of preventive and corrective maintenance by the contracted Service Providers.
• Regularly report to the immediate Supervisor as required
• Collect the survey reports of the Service Providers, then maintain the data and summarize
• Collect all the data to generate the Key Performance Indicator report of the Service Providers, i.e. Head Count, Survey Forms etc.
• Follow up the status of the KPI measures and generate the KPI reports on quarterly basis
• Closely coordinate with the Service Provider and follow up the status of the Work Order and ensure the completion of the Work Order within agreed stipulated time.

Other Scope of Work:

• Assist the immediate Supervisor in various activities of Facilities and Infrastructure Management
• Assist in development of Terms of Requirement (TOR), Contracts, Expression of Interest (EOI) and Reports
• Maintain the monthly reports of the contracts
• Assist in developing new projects and regularly survey the campus for developments
• Should be able to write the minutes of the meeting and any official letters.
• Assist the Supervisor on documentation of all the activities related to contract management
• Assist in reporting the activities associated with various committees of AIT
• Flexible to work extra hours if required and follow the instructions of Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management of Engineering
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Facilities and Infrastructure Management or Industrial experience or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
• Written and verbal communication skills in Thai will be an added advantage
• Ability to adapt to new systems and organize information
• Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Sound knowledge of IFM software application techniques, design and specifications
