Lecturer, Graduate School for Stamford International University (August 2015)

1. The Employee agrees to teach three three-credit postgraduate course – in FT or PT mode per academic term, or equivalent and other assigned responsibilities by the University.
2. The working period as stated on clause (1) that includes student counseling, course development such as fully online/blended/face to face courses and preparation with department or University associates, faculty meeting, etc.
3. The Employee is required to post 5 hours a week during when students can come in and receive help or be advised. These hours should be filed with the Associate Dean and/or Dean and Faculty Secretary, and written in the Course Syllabus.
4. The Employee agrees to complete a research project, and to write at least two research/academic articles to be published within an academic year.
5. The Employee agrees to help in developing projects for expanding industry linkages according to his/her connections and background or other developing projects agreed by his/her supervisor.
6. The Employee agrees to fully involve and actively participate in student activities, university projects, Quality Assurance (QA) as well as to perform special functions or to join special programs.
7. The Employee agrees to serve in the capacity of student club advisor as required.
8. The Employee agrees to only work from home if agreed by his/her supervisor
9. The Employee agrees to be fully cooperative and to abide by the Private Higher Education Institute Act, Rules, Regulations, and Orders issued by Office of Higher Education Commission, as well as those stipulated in the STIU Faculty Handbook.

Candidates should have demonstrated great potential and be strongly committed to excellence in teaching, scholarly service and research. Industry experience in marketing related position is highly desirable for this position. The key tasks are teaching/tutoring. For the fulltime position in addition also to take a lead of a development project within the graduate school and research. Experience with the international accreditation process is a plus.
