Senior Receptionist - KPN Gateway Ekamai Music Academy (Nov. 2014)

Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Administers the ‘student lifecycle’ from registration, scheduling classes to leaving.
• Greets all incoming students, families and guests respectfully and professionally.
• Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school.
• Develops a positive, welcoming and caring climate in the front office.
• Introduces music courses and provide recommendations to customers.
• Co-ordinates with instructors and students on class scheduling.
• Organizes school events such as talent shows and assists in marketing activities, e.g. booth exhibition, and manages school Facebook page.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in customer relations, sales, or education line.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Service minded, self-motivated, detail oriented, flexible, and punctual.
• Good Thai/ English communication skill.
• Able to use MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work on weekends (5 weekdays off/ month).

Job Benefits

• Salary Range: 16,000-25,000 Baht
