+ 2013 – 2016: Continued to maintain position, as base training, basic research on the leading law in Vietnam; needs in terms of quantity and quality of service of judicial reform, international integration and serve the needs of law officers for economic development and social.

Create prestige, reputation in training spearheaded by the University, which confirmed the strength training of basic theoretical issues, the specialized state apparatus, administrative law, criminal law, business law health, international trade law, civil law, criminal law, civil procedure law, administrative procedural law;
Building the center of research and academic centers and the exchange of scientific ideas reputable legal in Vietnam.
