+ 2013 – 2016: Continued to maintain position, as base training, basic research on the leading law in Vietnam; needs in terms of quantity and quality of service of judicial reform, international integration and serve the needs of law officers for economic development and social.
+ 2017 – 2020: Create a strong change in the quality of training of law, access to the advanced level in the region.
Create prestige, reputation in training spearheaded by the University, which confirmed the strength training of basic theoretical issues, the specialized state apparatus, administrative law, criminal law, business law health, international trade law, civil law, criminal law, civil procedure law, administrative procedural law;
Building the center of research and academic centers and the exchange of scientific ideas reputable legal in Vietnam. Prioritize basic research and applied research in association with the task of building and perfecting the background socialist-oriented market economy, judicial reform and building the rule of law and integration international.
Developing organic teaching staff and strong enough in quantity to quality, to contrition 2020, the number of faculty with doctoral degrees accounted for 40%. Focus strengthened organizational model, managing apparatus modeled after modern university governance.
