2. DEVELOPMENT GOALS 2030
2.1. Overall objectives
2025, University of Finance – Marketing to become a university-oriented research, in association with social needs, standard testing of Ministry of Education and Training, which has a number of specialized achieve quality standards of the network of ASEAN University Network (AUN-QA). By 2030, the school will reach a level of 200 advanced universities of Southeast Asia.
2.2. Specific objectives
On training: Since 2015, the school has adequate levels of training from undergraduate to doctorate. In 2025, the school has 7 specialized AUN-QA reached. 2020 School-scale reached 23,500, in 2030 to reach the size of over 30,000 students, postgraduate students.
Science – technology: Building University of Finance – Marketing to become one of the research centers – the largest consultancy of Vietnam on strategic and national economic policies.
Regarding international cooperation: By 2020, all professional faculties perform direct international link. By 2030, the University conducted joint training at all levels with the major universities in the G20, and implementing joint training to countries in the region; comprehensive cooperation with the universities of the Lao PDR.
Human resources: In 2020, the scale of the human resources of 800 GV-VC, of which over 70% are lecturers with PhD 75%, 25% of PhDs. By 2030, the scale of human resources as 1,300 GV-VC, of which over 80% are lecturers with PhD 70%, 30% doctorate.
On infrastructure: Developed infrastructure towards modern, uniform, large-scale geospatial on a 35 ha.
Cultural organizations: Building cultural values University of Finance – Marketing with a combination of the traditional and modern values.
