Saint John’s International School aims to be recognized for its supportive international educational program that prepares our students for life in a global society.
SJIS is committed to providing an International learning experience while continuing to respect and develop students’ understanding of the importance and relevance of Thai history, culture and tradition as well as that of its neighbouring countries. This enables our students develop their communication skills and to achieve their potential in a safe, caring and supportive environment. We endeavour to develop the whole child, meeting individual needs and to guide them to become responsible citizens of the world, firstly, in celebrating and responding to diverse cultures, with a sense of understanding and compassion for others, and secondly towards environmental sustainability.
Our student body is made up of approximately 50% Thai nationals, 30% mixed Thai / western / ASEAN nationality families and the remaining 20% are non-Asian children. For the majority of our students, English is not their first language.
