The successful candidate for the post of Assistant Music Administrator would be joining the Music Department
team at an exciting stage of its development. We are in the process of preparing to expand our facilities and
move into a purpose built Performing Arts Centre, where performances would be numerous, not only from
within our own student body but also from distinguished visiting guest soloists and performers from around the
world. You would be a key member of this Performing Arts Facility.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to a large team of full time Academic Music Staff
Assist with ensuring that all teaching materials, resources and room set ups requested in advance, by
Academic Music Staff, are in place at the start of each working day (This will involve a close working
partnership with full time Academic Staff and The Estates Teams who support room bookings and set ups)
Maintaining and updating the Music Department Database
Assisting Academic Music Staff in preparing letters to go out to students and parents
Assisting Academic Music Staff in preparing and collating termly academic reports (This will also involve
liaising closely with our visiting team of 22 Specialist Music Teachers in compiling Instrumental Reports)
Oversee all administrative aspects of the Instrumental Programme (i.e. Group Music Tuition)
Assist in the preparation of the yearly Music Department budget submission from Academic Staff
You will also be required to fully support and assist in the lead up to and preparation for major events
and concerts

Qualifications:
Excellent spoken/written Thai and English
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience (Music Degree is not required)
Computer skills are essential for this post (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
