Establishment History
University of Education is one of the eight member colleges and universities of The University of Da Nang, which was established under Decree No 32/CP dated 04/04/1994 by the Prime Minister. The functions of the University of Education include:
- Training teachers at different levels of education and offering programs to upgrade qualifications for teachers;
- Training Bachelors of Science;
- Providing postgraduate programs;
- Teaching courses in basic sciences to students of all the member universities of The University of Danang;
- Undertaking scientific research and develop technologies to meet the demands for the social and economic development of provinces and cities in Vietnam, especially those of the Central Region and Highlands.

- 338 lecturers, 1 Professors and 11 Associate Professors
- 1 Lecturer honored with the title of ‘The People‘s Teacher’
- 69 Senior Lecturers, 62 Doctors and Doctors of Science
